Study of social development needs in the Kingdom in the non-profit sector ​

​Surveying KSA and identifying social development needs across the Kingdom. The goal was to generate actionable data that would guide strategy, resource allocation, and future social investments specifically for the non-profit sector.​

‍The Work:​

• Conducted a nationwide study of social development needs in education, health, essential services, and community welfare.​
• Designed and deployed an interactive digtial heat map to visualize regional needs and highlight local opportunities.​
• Delivered tailored training programs to staff, ensuring the sustainability and ongoing use of the heat map as a planning tool.​

The Result :

‍​The project created a unified database of social development needs across the Kingdom, enabling decision-makers to channel resources more strategically and efficently.
