The Work:
- Designed and implemented a comprehensive governance framework, integrating scientific and regulatory guidelines.
- Developed toolkits and training materials to enable consultants and organizations to adopt governance standards.
- Conducted more than 850 audits and evaluation visits to civil society organizations across the Kingdom.
- Trained and certified 30 inspectors as governance trainers to sustain long-term capacity.
