Governance of Non-Profit Organizations in the Kingdom ​

A leading ministry in KSA sought to establish a governance framework for non-profit organizations in order to align with new legislative requirements. The aim was to strengthen compliance, enhance efficiency, and improve accountability across the sector.​

The Work:​

• Designed and implemented a comprehensive governance framework, integrating scientific and regulatory guidelines.​
• Developed toolkits and training materials to enable consultants and organizations to adopt governance standards.​
• Conducted more than 850 audits and evaluation visits to civil society organizations across the Kingdom.​
• Trained and certified 30 inspectors as governance trainers to sustain long-term capacity.​

The Result
