Documenting and publishing policies, decisions and related procedures (Policy Bank)​

The project aimed to enhance the overall framework for managing policies, aligning with best practices to ensure a more efficient and streamlined approach. The primary goal was to establish a centralized repository (policy bank) that improves the flow of procedures, ensures accurate documentation, and facilitates easy storage, indexing, and retrieval of policy-related data.

The Work:​

• Reviewed and documented the current processes for policy development, identifying areas for improvement.​
• Developed a Policy Development Procedures Document to standardize the creation and review of policies.​
• Created comprehensive documentation for existing policies to ensure consistency and accessibility.​
• Designed a Technical Requirements Document for implementing the Policy Bank System.​
• Implemented the Policy Bank System, providing a centralized platform for storing, indexing, and retrieving policy documents efficiently.​

The Result

‍​The Policy Bank significantly improved the efficiency of policy management processes by standardizing workflows and providing a centralized repository for all policies. This ensured easier access to policy documents, enhanced transparency, and better compliance with established frameworks, supporting long-term organizational goals.
